We’re confident that you’ll love your custom design from us, nevertheless, we understand that sometimes your needs would change.

Please read our policies below before placing your order. This will ensure that there are no surprises when seeking any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Question How soon can I expect to receive my custom order?
AnswerDepending on the complexity of the garment we advise customers to expect their order within 4-6 weeks.
Question Can I order custom designs if I don’t live in Minnesota?
AnswerAbsolutely! We service everyone residing within the United States.
Question What is the change/cancellation policy?
AnswerIf you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your confirmation email.

Question What is the Return Policy?
AnswerIf you ever find yourself unsatisfied with your order we gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 15 days from the date of order delivery.

You may select one of two ways to receive your refund:

A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment.

–OR–

A Porte Celestial Store Credit

Store credits can be used for items that fall within the original purchased price, any relevant customization fee, and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s).

For returns made between 16 and 30 days from the date of order delivery, you will be eligible for a refund of the item purchase price in the form of a Porte Celestial Store Credit (valid for one year).

We do not accept returns for garments beyond 30 days from the date of order delivery. We also do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order.

Question Can customers pay in cash?
AnswerBeing that this is an online business we primarily only accept electronic payments. We accept payments via PayPal; however, you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Question How does the 50% deposit option work?
AnswerInstead of paying for the entire cost of the garment(s) you have the option to put half down on your order to start the process of producing your design. You’ll then later pay the remaining half after your order is ready for delivery.

Once your order is ready for pick up we’ll contact you to set a delivery/ drop off date. On the date of delivery, your card will be charged the remaining half of your order.

All deposits made are non-refundable after 3 business days.
